Therapeutic Massage and Abdominal Therapy
Angie offers full body therapeutic massage using a blend of therapies, incorporating abdominal therapy, lymphatic, and therapeutic touch. Therapeutic massage aims to relieve stress, tension, and congestion in the body, releasing acute and chronic pain or discomfort, with various amounts of pressure. Through a holistic, full-body massage experience—including specialized abdominal massage—we address well-being from the very core. Our center houses the body’s most vital systems, which play a crucial role in maintaining balance and vitality. Abdominal therapy is great for all systems, especially your digestion, reproductive, bladder, lymphatic, and nervous system support. We also tend to hold a lot of energetic and emotional tension in our core. By going deeper than the muscles, we are getting to the root causes of imbalances. These techniques are for adults and children of all ages, modifications are made when necessary.

Angie offers 60 or 90 minute treatments on their own, or as an integral part of the Personal Growth Retreats.
